Possibly from a few indicators. There is no doubt more buying has taken place over the past month than selling. There is also no disputing that Mast for now holds better than 1/2 the O/S. The injunction handed down to him by the SEC prohibits him from any form of penny stock offerings. He can't sell any of his HYRF if it is a penny stock. It may well be that BCGU is giving good advice and is helping with finances. And it may be we are headed for another round of deception. I haven't the slightest idea which it is. I would guess that if BCGU is influencing things now that there is a chance, a CHANCE mind you, that things will be different. If Moore and Mast are still calling all the shots I doubt anything good will happen.
