Don't know, just like every one else.....speculation, they were given to GGI for collateral, GGI had them certed and change to there name, proof of ownership, the deal was illegal so GGI gave them back for FCCN to hold but, hold in there name. When debt is paid the collateral goes back to the owner (FCCN)....sounds good to me.
