we will see what happens. i am a little anxious to get hands on the audited financials, as i bet a lot of people are... but i'm being patient as i realize common law is a VERY slow process... merger of private and public + releasing 10qsb's after done. sounds like a hard enough challenge. + preparing to open stores. my speculation on why they are a little delayed on things. is finding another bun company in CA so they don't have to have shipping costs + boxes & the same for TX.

i will be waiting patientely for the next 3-4 months. if nothing happens we will be screwed. i am just a skeptic of pink sheets and it does sound like he is trying to sell something. but that is just life trying to find a need & then satisfy it! we will see what happens.
