Julius Csurgo, the only note holder through antevorta partners, has been trying to clean this up IMO. Look up the guy, hes been around the block with R/Ms and IPO's. IMO, there is no problem with the share structure or count here. Only problem is the attached history with the SEC that will not allow them a RS. SEC cannot expect them to somehow bring these past filings to light.
