That is a fairly definitive statement by Nasrat, IMO. The rest was his usual fluff and typical Hakim ass-hattery, but I'm glad we didn't get the same "low-energy Nasrat" from the last few CC's. The safe harbor laws give management a lot of protection to say a lot of incorrect things, but it does not allow them to knowingly make outright false statements.

Based on this specific statement, I have re-adjusted the analytical probabilities:

60% Worst CEO ever
40% Taking company private
