kind of lessens the "need" to raise capital immediately, no?

anyway. the price has continued to slide since the supreme court ruling, both for commons and preferred. but i think moreso for preferred, but fnmas could be the same price as fnma soon it seems like. wouldn't that be interesting?

anyway, i'm still very optimistic. i am working harder than ever; who knows how long this sort of situation persists, anyway, enjoy!
