It seems to me that The BSer SB doesn't have a clue how to handle "new" technology. He didn't use a computer to fill out the "change of name" for the WY SOS or to do the "decrease" in shares. HAND WROTE THEM. And the scratch out on the name change was really great.

If he has been a "big time" CEO for other "companies" on the Nasdaq, what's so hard about a CON call?
