You can add to that the shares Mr. Beyman received upon conversion of the debt and preferred, which totals 4,578,263 shares. So the MAXIMUM potential float is 5.7M shares. That said, many of the current shareholders still have shares in certificate form, which have restricted legends on them. As of August 17, 2021 there were ONLY 10.9M shares outstanding TOTAL.
