I also posted a comment that I was hopeful that Fan just may help us ( I was invited to join that group which was being formed), but that also fell through.
Since that post (8/31/2006) Fan has not been cooperative with the SEC (or at least as of the end of 2006), but I have not spoken to the SEC in the last couple of weeks.
He dropped off papers to the SEC claiming Frank took his money, yet when asked for proof (i.e. a cancelled check), Fan has produced nothing.
Anyway, I got to go and celebrate...my son's HS swim team just won their Districts and he made regional in 4 events....
