Lonestar is doing a dividend and having some changes to the way the dividend will be structured, that explains the volume. To get the dividend you need to be holder of record on 01/31/07 - WOW now this is something we ALL know about - lets see if Claude and Jarvis can pay a dividend ahead of Dial in short order actually if they actually pull it off Dial will be a notch UNDER JARVIS IMPO!

Houston Texas, Jan 24, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Lone Star Group Holdings (OTCBB: LSGH) formally US Energy Holdings (OTCBB: USEH) announces that it has been brought to the board of directors attention by its corporate council that the shareholders of record would be better benefited in that the scheduled dividend should be issued in a "Like Kind" manner vs. to issue all shares in a "Restricted Only" manner.

The company will be conducting an emergency board meeting to discuss and ratify this situation today, the board will ratify to increase the shareholders position by issuing a 1 for 1 "LIKE-KIND" dividend for all shareholders of record January 31, 2007.

(Example) - If you own (1) Free Trade LSGH share you will receive a dividend of (1) Free Trade LSGH share, If you own (1) Restricted Share of LSGH you will receive (1) Restricted Share of LSGH in dividend.

PLEASE NOTE: This dividend will only be applicable for "SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD" January 31, 2007.
