While it’s exciting they’re trying to list in TSX.V but not sure why they are diverting from US to Canada. Whole world wants to come to the US and he is going to Canada for funding!

In one hand, he says they overcame the hurdles, on the other hand he is going to Canada.

The PR says uplisting. HeliosDX is going to be listed for the first time, not sure what is the uplisting here! Plus TSX.V is same as OTC market. TSX is the upper exchange, not TSX.V.

PR does not say this is in addition to US listing, so not sure if it is a dual listing either!
