Having reduced the number of common stock Authorized from 5 billion to 3.6 billion, $DRNG has no room to reserve 1.8 billion shares. With that rejection, conversions and dilutions have halted. $DRNG focus now shifts to building and delivering on our Drone and Ai products.

$NIHK estimated that once $DRNG's convertible notes and dilution issues are resolved, the value of the acquisition would be greater than $20K (meaning $NIHK could sell the $20K investment for more). @Droneguarder new lawyers and $NIHK's accountants seems to agree on that.

This was an ALL-CASH transaction. $NIHK paid cash for the control stake of $DRNG. More detail would come tomorrow's PR and 8K.

FYI, $DRNG is highly dilutive. They have a current convertible that could dilute up to 2.5 billion more shares. The AS is 5 billion. We assumed a maximum conversion gets $DRNG OS to 5 billion shares. $NIHK hates dilutions, but we did the deal for their Drones & Ai technologies
