although the 10q states they have enough operating capital for a year....the vote allows for an increase in the A S

never seen a bio pass up an opportunity to raise more cash when their share price is flying high.....just back in may this was trading at .80

i see an offering coming in my CRYSTAL BALL.....as long as they don`t get greedy.....a 10% increase to the O S can be absorbed without a major pullback
