You are right. The conversion price at 0.05 which is stated in the 10q is false. It was in 10q from q1 too but they converted again shares at 0.0004 in q2! How it is possible we have more than 70M in cash and this damn note with 700k outstanding ruins the complete show. With this conversation price AABB has to issue more than 2B new shares which get dumped at every run! Damn it!
