Hello fellow AABBler, so that I have to bring this topic back. It’s about this damn toxic note from Clive. As you could see in the last filling Clive converted round about 900M shares with 0.0004 each share (crazy). A lot of ppl stated like IR he isn’t dumping his shares! So my question is now why is Clive not listed at the list of persons which own more than 5%. This would mean Clive dumped round about 800M shares right now.
Have a look at page 21 from the 10q:
Using the tabular format below, please provide information regarding any person or entity owning 5% of more of the issuer, as well as any officer, and any director of the company, regardless of the number of shares that they own.
