Since this is an OTC stock many investors will wait on the sidelines until the good news that is said to be happening Sometime in the near future happens. Most OTC’s are filled with nothing but broken promises. I myself am holding a small position waiting to see if this merger takes place as stated and if and when it does I am ready to throw additional funds into the inevitable run that will take place.
