Over the past year, the times ipix has been above 30 cents is minimal. All of feb 2021(for the most part), the first half of march(for the most part), and the span from 7/29 til today(for the most part).

Feb= 28 days
3/1-3/15= 14 days
7/29-8/16=19 days

Total calendar days = 61 days

61/365= .167, or 16.7%

To be fair, there are not 365 trading days, Crude math- 52 weeks x2(sat/sun)=104
Holidays~11

365-104-11~250 trading days

61/250= 24.4% of the days above 30 cents.

.167x100= 16.7% of time of the past year ipix has, more or less been above 30 cents-mostly quick spikes. 83.3% below, mostly well below 30 cents.

At what price can the accountant execute his shares? ~ 11 cents I believe for many of them, if not most.

I guess it good he hasn't filed any form 4's to date.
