Good post. I had a transplant 11 years ago. I know a thing or 2 about the immune system. When I said a lot of things don't work was mainly talking about facial cremes and such. Supplements can definitely help people. For instance I take Tumeric daily and it has helped my liver enzyme numbers. We all want the same things in life on this board.
