Hey,

In the USA target areas of Philadelphia, Houston, and Jacksonville I HIGHLY doubt there is any VACANT LAND at that value.....Unless they purchased something that was a slum that has a ton of violations, open permits and liens.......But EVEN THEN! They said...apartment building. That, in itself, implies more than a FOUR PLEX. It is at the very minimum questionably a DUPLEX. Even if it was a DUPLEX APARTMENT BUILDING, that is misleading as hell and I STILL cant see anyone purchasing in these areas for 150k...that's 75k a door. AGAIN, VERY MISLEADING.
