IMHO We can’t have a CEO telling us in one sentence “we have over 400,000 shareholders” and in the next say “I understand the concerns about share structure but can’t elaborate due to legal reasons”.

We all understand he cannot just go throwing out info regarding legal cases plus undisclosed company information…BUT he can fix this share structure MESS he created.

We all deserve better imo…all “400,000” of us!!

We all had higher hopes than this Jeff…obviously a share buyback or reduction has been more than warranted over the past 6 months regardless of the crazy dilution used to pay exorbitant legal fees on a case that will take years.

Can’t say anything more than extremely dissatisfied where this has ended up. It’s critical something happens soon from the management end and this should not be dependent on the loyal “400,000” shareholders

What an opportunity missed…wow
