I am sure he will get it current before September 28, otherwise it will hurt share price and any potential investor will not have any faith in him. He will also loose support from current long holders of this stock.

I am looking forward and appreciate his best efforts of being current at the earliest convenience so that CE and Stop signs disappear and we can trade smoothly.
