I had sorta come to the same conclusion. I know many were thinking that the FINRA paperwork was filed when they announced the completion of the RM in early July. But that LinkedIn post and update with the TA suggests that it was only recently filed, aka early August. So we may be looking at early Sept before we get FINRA news. I don't know for sure, but the issuance of those 25M shares may qualify as a corporate action which adds another 60 days to the request.
