I think they are encouraging. For years we have not heard from the company. Suddenly they confirm via email to several shareholders that the dividend and the filings are on track to be finalized within the coming two weeks. They have already screwed up big time, first by going dark and then by screwing up the payments of the promised stock dividend in May. I don't think they intend to screw us once more.

The signs of progress so far are not very encouraging.
