That's nothing we've been fleeced way beyond that.
1) The average percentage of capitalization as stated is 3 percent. But We have assets at 97 percent. We own and control 3 to 5 Trillion in those asset.
2)As owners of those assets. Must be able to liquidate some or all through sales of those assets.
