Everything you said is good and may very well happen over time. The only thing little concerning about this is the o/s share count 7.8B, which is at the very high side even at OTC standard. Also to remember, many OTC tickers promise a lot of things and show a lot of potential and often do not materialize in the end. Those are experienced in OTC land, know it very well.

So Ashley and RSHN should not get an easy pass just because there are a lot of promises and potentials, they need to deliver some big ones to be on track. So far we got some small ones, that's why we are still in 50s.

Until and unless ex-divvy date (and other goodies) is announced, nothing is set in stone.

Having said all this, I am holding my 10m tight but do not feel comfortable until I get the ex-divvy date announced.
