you need to look at the big picture. If uplist to the Nasdaq is the goal a company must have a certain number of assets, and cash on hand. As well as audited financials. acquiring 121 mil. in assets in these coins helps with the first point. The company is working on audited financials. The pieces are all falling into place here.
