ODYY doing a R/S with only 89M outstanding shares is only because we know they have no money, and phase one trials are expensive.

Raising money at 30¢ a share is ridiculous and incredibly dilutive if the company wants to raise enough money to fund the trial; remain in existence for at least another year; be taken seriously, and not deemed a pump and dump.

With the continued promise that Phase 1 trials will begin, I expect the R/S and then 1 or more capital raising rounds to follow.

We'll be alright if the phase 1 trial actually begins next quarter.

But gosh, they already pushed it back once by a quarter, and then a second time by a quarter.

It's my belief that management is in over their heads. They took on more than they understood.

If they get the trial started and have good results deeming a phase 2 trial, we'll be just fine.
