Over 5 Million debt with 66k revs for quarter. $3,833,793.00 of that debt convertible at 25% discount to market. AS maxed out. Do the math on how many billions of shares it will take to cover almost 4 million dollars at a 25% discount to market and this is just part of the debt. Very toxic. If Mr Eric was looking out for shareholders he would negotiate these down being he is the one that issued them to start off with. Just terrible. I am done here. Wish you all well.
