5 day sale's cone for Grace was huge yesterday at the end... core ensembles carried it pretty well over Cuba and some just south... just south of Cuba on a Grace path could add exponentially to strength at end before landfall... seems odd that a storm that moved north so fast then has a storm right behind it get steered all the way across the Gulf on Mexico... a mystery of nature... https://www.accuweather.com/en/hurricane/grace-to-drench-caribbean-with-heavy-tropical-rain/1000486 I'd buy into more northerly steering than late in cone suggests...unless the core does track over Cuba... which would lower intensity and the storm inertia to rotate northerly... Will know by about Tuesday on that short term guidance... Gulf oil producers probably already have early plans going into motion on moves in week ahead... They have to have better guidance earlier than others get it... so we watch...LJ
