Our Critical trial using 700mg IV dosing will absolutely be a success, in my opinion.

30-60 minute peak blood level vs 2 Days peak for SC.

IV blood level is equivalent to over 1000mg via SC.

Shorter half-life is ok, as we're likely discharging patients faster, with them reaching steady state blood levels sooner.

I'm less optimistic about the Moderate/Severe trial, mostly because I don't believe it was a smart decision to not utilize the full power of Leronlimab at 700mg, when that has proven as being safe in clinical trials, such as CD12. I get the idea of a loading dose, but dropping it to 350mg after is not wise. I may be wrong, but I don't think that was a decision by Cytodyn. I think our new CRO, Albert Einstein Hospital, chose this in order to have reduced patient costs, thinking that would benefit for a potential approval. That's simply a guess, as I see no other beneficial reason to drop dosage by 50%. They should have at least went to 525mg if they wanted to drop dose.

But Critical is where it's at. That trial will enroll faster also.
