I lived in Perrysburg for 12 years and worked in Toledo for that time. I never seen a hill like the one in the picture. Not one. Its flat lands, Slow draining fields and marsh lands all around Lake Erie. From well north of Detroit. East up the Mud Pike clear to Cleveland.
