Holden and no one can guess pricing with conversions. Few converters hold for future profits, most dump, force the 5ma down to get more shares with the built in 25% profit. Additionally, the MMs help them force it down so they can get their pre arranged shares cheaper as well. The Co never knows how many conversion shares will be issued for this reason until the note/converters are finished. This share calculation would be essential to completing an acquisition which is actually a reverse merger with the private seller taking control of the public Co. , not sure but they could actually be settling some of the long term debt as well pre merger.
