You can probably just go back 12 months on this thread and follow the story.

Most people at that time decided not to hold shares through the merger since the majority of the money was made beforehand

Especially if there’s a split announced with the merger.

I agree with that strategy EXCEPT when the share counts are crazy low like they are here
