Idk if I’m getting this right but…

They did not convert in the ctyx days (when it was worth practically nothing), realized they had some cash if they could convert now- but it’s too late maybe there’s a statute of limitations on that stuff and maybe someone can elaborate further. So they sued and settled for $85k worth of common.

Probably was the hold up on the form 10 but just my guess.
