Unfortunately everyone knows this is just a dilution CON to feed the Moore Family ATM. In the next few weeks the OS is going to hit SIX BILLION shares. Compare that with the OS just two years ago of 200 MILLION shares. No wonder he NEVER wanted to release financials.

That still leaves Matty NINE BILLION shares in the AS to DUMP on the gullible and he's not planning on selling them off for chump change. An reverse split is coming which works two ways. It gets him ten times the money when he DUMPS millions and millions of shares and it will let him try and CON the gullible into believing yet ANOTHER one of those phony ticker "uplists" to QB or ***GASP!!!*** NASDAQ!!

Of course...neither uplisting will happen. With those uplists you can't just have family members packing the BOD,you must have outside board members. Like that would ever happen.......
