It would only be “super illegal” if it involved disclosure of information on a publicly quoted company.

There are quite a few private Pharma companies to which Reg FD does not apply.

But they guard some significant information closely for commercial purposes, and don’t need to issue vapor PRs to ginger the pps to keep their toxic financiers happy, unlike IPIX.
