I will volunteer to be the candidate for new CEO & COB of Elite. My platform is as follows:

1. Move to issue ordinary shareholders only, a 300% stock dividend
2. Immediately afterwards, call emergency shareholder meeting to elect new BODs
3. Termination of the current CEO and all business relationships with Micah, as agreements permit
4. Arrange traditional financing to establish new product development division
5. Uplist to NASDAQ
6. Full investigation of previous management and transactions
7. Move to rescind previous issuances of shares to certain management/board members & entitles for cause
