Would you rather him keep fighting with FINRA forever on the name change, and NOT get the company current?

He did what any great CEO would do--chose the best course of action for the company and the shareholders.

He's like a great quarterback that get's up to the line, sees the defense, and calls an audible if need be. Giving his team aka the company the best chance to win!
