I invested both my stimulus checks. I used them both to pay down my house. I am close to owning it. I have 40k to go after using my stimulus checks and 22k of savings to pay down my mortgage. I dont like holding cash nowadays and think the stock market is overpriced.

I have a personal low 10k in a CD for emergencies. Otherwise, I am living paycheck to paycheck now.
