Your effort would be much better served if you addressed your concerns to the politicians that control all of the factors you rage against. Maybe find a strain to grow that makes you less tense and angry? Change takes time. I can smoke weed anywhere a cigarette is legal in my country. With the exception of a few backwards provinces. That is progress.
