In my opinion, I believe things are getting and have gotten far too complicated for James Tilton to be able to grow NSAV to achieve the vision that this team have for its growth. That's why he was replaced as I believe that he knew this too. I disagree as I believe that Tilton is gone and have nothing of significance to do with NSAV.
