Not sure if i agree with that ortho - here's why.
For every seller there will be a buyer who must hold for a higher price to get out with a profit. In this way, as long as the stock has a reason to go higher (big profits, upcoming projects, long term vision, uplistings in the future) the sell offs of the early investors shouldn't affect the price in a major way.
Also, if this company brings enough juice to move this stock to pennyland, there will be exponentially more investors and speculators attracted to this story, and the people who bought at sub-sub-penny, or even today at .0016-ish, will have plenty of hungry pigs to sell their shares to.
Another thing is that many longs may hold onto some free shares just to see how far the rocket will go.
When should the buyback start?? I would say as soon as MT can safely assume that the NSS issue is resolved. Ideally that can be done before audited financials (May).
