The entire cannabis sector is mired in the summer doldrums right now

The market is waiting for Chuck to file his bill and make the necessary changes to garner some Republican support in the Senate and for Validcare to publish its results on CBD’s liver safety (and impact on testosterone) in a medical journal — CBD Enforcement Discretion and CBD Legalization are already pending, but they’d be squarely on the table once the safety questions are publicly answered

If Chuck’s bill looks unlikely to pass, the expectation is that SAFE Banking is passed as a standalone bill, perhaps with CBD Legalization attached

I haven’t been posting on any boards except this one for quite awhile now
