Ok, They state GAAP in many places in the filings.
I'm just stating BYOC is a holding company of S800, which is a software and survey company.
How does a holding company account for doing the work of analyzing, meeting with acquiring businesses, and all other associated costs with due diligence/ investigation for companies they want to acquire or merge with?

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
Please do not buy, sell, hold based on my opinion!
