STIPULATION EXTENDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE REGARDING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff Discover Growth Fund LLC (“Discover”) and Defendant OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. (“OWCP”), that:

WHEREAS on July 23, 2021, Discover filed a motion for Summary Judgment seeking a permanent injunction against defendant OWCP [ECF 26-31] (the “Motion”);

WHEREAS, the parties have been unable to negotiate a revised proposed permanent injunction acceptable to the Court;

It is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED that:

1.Defendant shall file its opposition to the Motion no later than August 25, 2021; and

2.Plaintiff shall file its reply in further support of the Motion by no later than September 1, 2021.
