No mention in the disclosure statement posted today of ARC looking for assistance from the US Marshall to sell of PLFF/KLMKH assets to pay off the $4,667,880.00 judgment. No mention at all of how they are going to pay, what they have claimed was an agreed upon judgment, that they have so far refused to pay anything. They certainly don't have the cash. And they certainly don't have any sort of payment agreement they've followed through with if ARC is seeking help from the US Marshall. They did manage to dole out more stock to members of Ron Blackburn's gang of cons though.
