I think the game here is for them to keep issuing those Series B convertibles. The IOU's currently hanging out there are worth 40-million with a minimum investment.

I'm waiting to see how many they're issuing for this regurgitated exchange.

Funny they've listened to the shareholders and now decided to forgo all the, "We are doing this the right way to avoid the regulatory disasters" that the rest of the crypto's are apparently in, and simply join them.
