VPER - 20 year Deal... You guys must be crazy to flip trade or sell at these levels to recover losses... This is what we look for out of every OTC company

- Sustained Revenues
- Debt Payment
- No Dilution
- Transparency Between company and shareholders
- Government-Paid Infrastructure Projects????

We saw this climb to .0731 on nothing... as did many tickers, VPER is going to build new highs in the coming weeks!
