Doesn’t sound like to me that expenses from looking for acquisitions would fall under operational expenses. And judging from the size of their accumulated deficit, they have enough NOLs already to never have to pay income tax again even if they do somehow generate any taxable income (which is a big if). So I’m not seeing much of a silver lining in what you are saying at all.
