Most recent low was $.0124 on July 13th, 2021. The 52 week low from back on Dec 1st, 2020 was $.0121. And it has already begun to drift down again towards those levels.
If they once again are unable to file timely, and have to file for another delay, and worse, miss that deadline as well, again, this could well be the tipping point of disappointment and uncertainty. Barring new and substantive, specific news between now and then, and even then it may not be enough, many of us are going to be wondering all sorts of things, from why the continued silence about the UK, what could be going wrong there, will the warrants actually be gone from the filing this time or will they somehow still be referenced, are there still or perhaps are there new convertible notes, whatever happened to the second JV they had said they would also tell us about in that last PR in which they only told of one, is the current Maverick JV testing the same thing as the previously anticipated 4th round of tests, or is the JV testing something new and extra, will anything ever come of all the claims about the agricultural industry, have all those distributorships largely failed or is something new going on there, and so much more.
I still see potential here, eventually, but this company is not helping themselves with the lack of info, and all the delays. Yet another late filing after they've had so much time to get it right with the new accounting team and propriety accounting software, it will just raise more redflags."
